Julep Maven Bonus Golden Box - December 2012 Review - Oprah's Favorite Julep Maven Polishes!

Typically Julep Maven boxes ship separately from Add-Ons, so I wasn't surprised to see an extra Julep box at my door today (I ordered quite a few Add-Ons this month). But then I opened the box and saw this!!

And I was even more surprised to open the box and find Oprah's Favorite Things!

Amazing!

Update: This is the first month with Julep's new site, so the Maven box selection is a little different. Here are some screen shots to show how to select your Maven box:

Once you sign in, click "My Maven Subscription"

Next you'll see this screen, which shows you which box is preselected for you based on your profile (here, my Bombshell box is preselected). On the bottom right corner select the "Try a new style" button to change which box you want.

Add-Ons can be selected at the top of the page - click the "Save Add-Ons" button to add them to your order.

When you click "Try a new style" this pop up appears. Once you select which box you want, make sure to click "Save" in the upper right corner. (You can also select the entire collection with this step).

I am a little skeptical about this mascara, but to be fair to Julep, every other non-nail polish item I've gotten from them (scrubs, hand creams, lip balm) has been great, so I'm going to try it after I finish my current mascara.


Verdict: For $19 I received $52 worth of product. I love Julep! Their product is top quality and they have the best customer service.
