Normally, I love full sized items, but these mini Larabars are just too cute! I LOVE Larabars (I highly recommend them if you are looking for a gluten free and dairy free bar), so I will always be happy to find them in a subscription box!

This soap packaging is so pretty - I love it. Better yet, the soap smells fantastic and the story of the company is wonderful: for every bar purchased, they donate a bar to help save a child's life with proper hygiene.


Verdict: Despite this box arriving later than I would have liked...I am thrilled with this month's Blissmo Box! I will use everything and love that all of the items are fair trade. Which Blissmo Box did you pick this month? Did you like it too?

I love it when the first item out of the box is already worth more than the cost of the box!

Hugo Naturals All Over Lotion in Vanilla and Sweet Orange - 2 oz Value $2

Giovanni Ultra Sleek Shampoo - 1.5 oz Value $1.50

Yay! This shampoo is sulfate free! (I have color treated hair so I only use sulfate-free hair products).

La Fresh Body Soother Wipes - FULL SIZE! Value $10

I am a big fan of the La Fresh brand (I use their eye makeup remover wipes and nail polish remover wipes on a regular basis). Needless to say, I'm very excited to try these as well!

Wellinhand Action Therapy Oil - vial size - Value $1


Verdict - I paid $19 and received nearly $40 of natural beauty products - I am thrilled! This may be my favorite Blissmo Box yet!

Love this lip balm! It's like a delicious coconut cocktail.

GladRags Day Pad (1 day pad) Value $7

La Fresh Waterproof Makeup Remover (24 wipes) FULL SIZE - Value $10

I discovered La Fresh through Birchbox and I love their products! This is my go to make-up remover. It really does work on water proof makeup. I also recommend the nail polish remover. They smell so much better than the chemical/artificial alternatives!

Soft Cup Sample - Value $1

Blissmo Pen - Value $.50?

Verdict: I wasn't as excited about this box as I have been about past Blissmo boxes. Some of these products aren't for me, but I am excited about the La Fresh makeup wipes, the coconut lip balm, and I'm curious about the serum. Also, I definitely got my money's worth. For $19 I received about $40 worth of product!

Natural Herbal Armor Insect Repellent - 2 oz Value $3

This smells like a typical insect repellent. I definitely prefer the insect repellent I received in last month's Blissmo Box.

True Body Products Soap - FULL SIZE! Value $2

I love that this product only has 5 ingredients: Palm Oil, Coconut Oil, Water, Vegetable Glycerine and Sodium Citrate. Also, it gets excellent reviews on Amazon. Very excited to try!

Apple 2 The Core Peeled Snacks - Value $2

These are super chewy and a little more tart than I expected. They were good - I finished the bag quickly - but I don't think I'd go out of my way to buy them again.

Ecover Dishwasher Tabs - 2 tabs - Value $1

These seemed to work just as well my Cascade tabs. Great find!

Maty's All Natural Vapor Rub - FULL SIZE! Value $4

This is a perfect example of why I love Blissmo Box. With every box I am replacing items in my house with greener and healthier alternatives.


Neutrogena Naturals Night Cream - FULL SIZE! Value $10.39

I like the idea of this product, but I did not like the scent. (Fragrance is listed as an ingredient). I wish they would have left a natural product like this unscented. 


Verdict: This box was a bonus for signing up for a year of Blissmo Box, so I received about $38 worth of product for free! It would have been cool if this box had more of a theme, but I can't complain!

Blissmo Box Selection Time - July

Did you select your Blissmo Box yet for July? I normally know which one I want immediately, but this time nothing was really calling out to me. I ended up going with Naturally Hers. I hope it's a good box!

Blissmo Box Review July 2012

Around the 15th of each month, Blissmo Box emails you to select which box you would like to receive. (There are 3 themes each month).  The options this time were: Summer Essentials, Splendid Spa and Relaxation, and Pristine and Clean. I always need more sunscreen so I decided to go with Summer Essentials and hope for the best!

GoGo Squeez Apple Sauce on the Go - Value $1 each

These were the surprise of the box for me. They were really good! The packaging is really convenient, but keep in mind, you will look silly eating them :)

Awesome Bars in Salty Peanut and Coconut Pecan - Value $2.10 each

The flavors in these bars were good, but the bars were little dry. I'm wondering if I just got a bad batch?

Late July Organic Seat Salt Multi Grain Snack Chips (Gluten Free) - Value $1

Elemental Herbs Sunstick SPF  30 - Value $7.99

Yay! Chemical Free sunscreen! This was exactly what I was hoping for from this Summer Essentials box. Perfect size for my purse to always have on hand.

Wellinhand Bug a Boo Insect Repellent - Value $11

This is definitely one of my favorite products in the box. It smells great, and I've never found a great smelling insect repellent before!

Verdict: I paid $19 for about $26 worth of products. I would have paid $19 alone just to discover insect repellent that smells good! I'm very happy with this box.
